EGGellerShoes.com accepts returns and exchanges on all merchandise that HAS NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL ORIGINAL tags attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange will result in a 15% re-stocking fee. Returns must be received within fifteen (15) days of day the shoe(s) were purchased.
